How do I find the way to loving myself?

Jeannie invites participants to rest into the present. She explores the concept of the self, and of love, and offers connection to the dynamic ground of being as the solution to the quest for self love.

Exchanges

Exchange 1: Participant explores the love he is feeling in the moment as he comes on with Jeannie.

Exchange 2: Participant wants to make sense of self love in combination with the rising of overwhelming emotional material. Jeannie and participant also touch on friendships, awakening and being "normal."

Exchange 3:  Jeannie joins participant where she is feeling despair and exchanges with her about navigating that terrain.

Exchange 4: Participant is facing personal challenges and loss on a variety of fronts and is looking for guidance and company in what she's experiencing. Jeannie guides her attention to the simplicity of the moment.

Exchange 5: Participant is facing a cancer diagnosis and feels part of its cause is a lack of self love and is interested in guidance from Jeannie. Jeannie counsels her to bring her attention to the present and soothe the creature of the body.

Exchange 6: Participant wants to come on and be a "soupy mess" after a tough week. Jeannie talks about being with the layers of "things as they are," not taking on what the feelings imply as true.
