Speak your realness

Allow your voice to be the servant of truth

Jeannie invites participants to sink down into resting in the moment. She talks about "speaking the emergent" from absolute surrender and some of the beauties and challenges of that.

Exchanges

Exchange 1: Participant feels agony around this topic because of how she is wrestling with trauma. She and Jeannie chat about trauma and spirituality, and the collision of conditioning/trauma with the heart's desire for true expression. Jeannie shares about soothing, resourcing, finding nourishment, and offers encouragement and compassion.

Exchange 2: Participant has anger that rises toward the false and wants support around that. Jeannie distinguishes between sensitivity and reactivity and emphasizes the importance of discernment. She talks about navigating the terrain of "speaking up" and the importance of digesting the aggression therein rather than acting it out.

Exchange 3: Participant desires to be his "whole self" in front of others and expressing his truth with others and sees fear is what makes it challenging. Jeannie makes space for him to be where he is without performing on top of the fear--instead meeting the fear and hanging out where he is in the moment. Participant describes feeling seen and finding permission to meet this human creature fear that he was unwilling/unable to see and be with due to Jeannie welcoming it with mercy, permission, blessing, and compassion.

Exchange 4: Someone has the giggles.
